Amman is where Jordan's crews, rental houses, studios and post-production live — and where our office is, in Jabal Al-Lweibdeh. It is also a location in its own right: a white-stone city that runs from a Roman theatre to a modern skyline in one ten-minute drive.

The Citadel and the Roman Theatre over downtown's markets; the stairways and galleries of Jabal Al-Lweibdeh; Rainbow Street's cafés; the towers of Abdali. Amman photographs as itself — and it doubles: The Hurt Locker shot its Baghdad here, and productions keep using the city's range to stand in for the region's capitals.
Forty minutes from Queen Alia International Airport. An hour from the Dead Sea. The desert is a morning's drive.

Site approvals
The Citadel, the Roman Theatre and other antiquities and government sites carry their own approvals on top. We know which ones add days and which add weeks, and tell you before you lock the schedule.
Streets and traffic
Lock-offs, traffic control and police liaison for street work are arranged with the municipality and the governorate. Night shoots and drone work take separate clearances, filed early.
